The DIN EN 15372 standard focuses on the requirements for non-domestic tables, especially those with glass components, in terms of safety, strength, and durability. Office work tables, desks, school tables, and outdoor tables are particularly excluded because they are covered by different EN requirements. With the exception of stability tests, this standard does not evaluate the applicability of storage features in non-domestic tables.
Additionally, the specification does not specify how long castors and height adjustment devices must last. Additionally, it does not address electrical safety or aging and degradation resistance.
