The IEC TR 62970:2016(E) standard specifies how to conduct round-robin tests (RRT) on household and comparable electrical appliances. The purpose of this standard is to determine the degrees of repeatability and reproducibility, which pertain to intra-laboratory and inter-laboratory variability, respectively.
