IEC 62826:2014 has been superseded by this edition of the standard, which also incorporates a number of technical changes. In order to ensure uniformity between the two standards, it makes reference to an outdated version of IEC 60335-2-72. The nominal current consumption and maximum net run-time of commercial floor treatment devices are also subject to updated calculations.
