The maximum gas consumption allowed by the standard, which applies to both fan-assisted and natural-draught combustion systems, is 500 MJ/h. It consists of various pieces of equipment designed to supply hot water at a maximum temperature of 99 °C for diverse uses. These uses include hydronic space heating, sanitary, potable, and drinking needs, as well as a combination of the two.
It is significant to note that not all legal and regulatory requirements that might be relevant to these products may be covered by this standard. The producer, importer, or distributor is in charge of making sure the goods meet these specifications.
