Automatic Electrical Controls for Household and Similar Use - Part 2-5: Particular Requirements for Automatic Electrical Burner Control Systems
Also Known As:
A standard called IEC 60730-2-5:2000+A1:2004+A2:2008 lays forth particular standards for automatic electrical burner control systems used in homes and other settings. It deals with the management of burners for different fuel sources, such as coal, oil, gas, and other combustibles. Complete burner control systems, individual programming units, individual electronic high-voltage ignition sources, and individual flame detectors are all covered by the standard.
The IEC 60730-1 standard, which outlines the general specifications for automatic electrical controls, is intended to be used in conjunction with this one. IEC 60730-2-5:2000+A1:2004+A2:2008 shares the same technical information as the third edition of the standard and all of its updates. Therefore, since this consolidated version already includes all the required updates, consumers do not need to order further amendments.
