The goal of the CSV standard IEC 60335-2-14:2006+AMD1:2008+AMD2:2012 is to guarantee the safety of kitchen appliances and other comparable household electrical appliances. The standard is applicable to electric cooking appliances having a maximum rated voltage of 250 volts.It includes a broad range of equipment, including, among others, bean slicers, blenders, can openers, food mixers, food processors, knives, and potato peelers.
The standard's fifth edition from 2006, together with amendments 1 and 2 from 2008 and 2012, are all included in this condensed version. It is significant to note that because the various amendments are already contained in this consolidated publication, there is no need to order them separately.
